1. The service
ViralForge AI Studio ("the application") is a desktop application that runs on your own Windows computer. It helps you create short videos and, at your request, send a finished video to your own TikTok account as a draft.
2. TikTok features
- You connect your TikTok account through TikTok's official sign-in (Login Kit). Your TikTok password is entered only on TikTok's own page and is never seen or stored by the application.
- A video is uploaded only when you click the button to send it to TikTok drafts. The video arrives in your TikTok inbox; you review, edit and publish it yourself in the TikTok app. The application never publishes content on your behalf.
- You must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, label AI-generated content where required, and make sure that your captions, product information and promotions are accurate.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create. You are responsible for having the rights to the images, music, voices and other material you use, and for what you publish.
4. No warranty
The application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. TikTok may change or limit its API at any time, and the application may stop working with TikTok as a result. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the application.
5. Disconnecting
You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time in the application's Settings, or remove the application's access in your TikTok account settings.
